This text has been prepared for the purpose of contacting me regarding the luxury, premium, classic and second-hand vehicle portfolio, current stock updates, special order and import advantages, periodic campaigns, events and surveys aimed at improving service quality offered by BAŞPINAR OTOMOTİV.

Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce; within the procedures, purposes and legal grounds specified in the Clarification Text, I freely give my consent, without being under any pressure, for commercial electronic communications to be sent to me by BAŞPINAR OTOMOTİV through SMS (Short Message), E-mail, Phone Call and similar electronic communication channels for any direct or indirect marketing activity, product and service promotion, advertisement, campaign and congratulatory purposes, for my personal data to be processed for this purpose, and for it to be transferred to the Message Management System (İYS) within the scope of legal obligations.
